Visualise.
The process starts with a conversation with Noosa Heads Builders Adrian and Louis. You will discuss your budget and key design elements that you require in your project. We discuss your vision, ideas and what inspires you. Most importantly we want to get to know you, as excellent design and functionality comes from collaboration with the people who will be living in the home.
Plan.
In the design stage we pull together all the information that may affect your brief or our design. We visit your site and undertake a full site and planning analysis including preliminary reports for surveying, soil, footing and engineering. Knowing all this information before we start allows for more accurate indicative costs. From this information we will finalise a design and costing for the home.
Construct.
With your design finalised we continue to fine-tune all documentation whilst providing you with a build contract.
With the design finalised and final pricing confirmed, our specialist team of trades can start creating your dream home.
